Refund policy

At FlexyDrip, every piece is carefully inspected before dispatch.

We currently offer style exchanges only.

Exchange Eligibility

• Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery
• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Original tags must be intact
• Product must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Exchange Fee

A flat ₹100 exchange processing fee will be applicable per request.

This covers reverse logistics and re-dispatch handling.

Once your exchange request is approved, our team will guide you through the process.

We do not offer refunds unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
